Mark,
With CRM Online (2013), I noticed that on the Case entity, the right side of the form is NOT editable (Recent Cases, Recent Activities, Similar Cases). I have two questions:
1. Do you know of a way to be able to move or remove any of these subgrids?
2. Do you know what specific criteria controls the “Recent Cases” and “Similar Cases”?
Thank You!
You should be able to edit, try another org or try creating a new form.
Mark – really enjoying the coverage/blog posts. Not seeing many food posts;)
I know, they told me it could mean they de-list me from the Dynamics Community if the content is non CRM! Who doesn’t want to know about food!
Greetings Mark, I trust that you are well. I also work in FSI and have a requirement for 360 degree on account info..i have only one question on the great work your doing, how does one go about getting the tiles on the form as you have done on client 360. Kindly assist!
You can use demo builder. Use the financial services template. I may make them available as a separate download soon.
Thank you for the response. Please I hope you do. Looking forward. when you say financial services template you mean the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Deal, Onboarding and Account Planning Process ? cheers
No you need to create an online org via demo builder. Ive got a link via my solutions page.
thank you for replying. I have an org and have reviewed the solution fully. I tried reverse engineering the tiles on the account and contact entities without the success that is evident in your work. Help!
